Apollo Operator is a free, open-source headless GTM toolkit: 19 methods for targeting, list building, deliverability, sequences, launch, and reporting, each one tested on live campaigns. In Claude, it works as a Project, and if you connect Apollo, it does the work instead of only describing it.

What you need

• A Claude account with Projects.

• The Apollo Operator files: download the files.

• Optional: an Apollo account, to let Claude run searches and build lists directly.

Set it up

1. In Claude, open Projects and create a new project called Apollo Operator.

2. Open the project's instructions and paste in the contents of router-instructions.md.

3. Add the other 19 files to the project's knowledge.

4. Optional: connect Apollo from Claude's connector settings. Claude will then search, size lists, and build sequences itself, and it asks before anything that costs credits or changes a live campaign.

5. Start a chat in the project and say where you are: "I sell X to Y and have nothing set up yet."

Without Apollo connected

It still works. It tells you exactly what to search or click, and you bring the numbers back. Nothing is guessed: it asks for real counts instead of inventing them.

What it will not do

It does not send email you have not approved, spend credits without a yes, or promise reply rates. It advises and you decide, except on deliverability, where it will tell you plainly when something will burn your domain.
